Recording Badges
So when going for a badge you are given a task, they can vary quite a lot. Some of them might be very straight to the point on how to present your work for example make a storyboard. This is clear and that's all you have to present to your leader to get it ticked of.
Some might not allow you to show your leader directly for example if you are told to cook something. You can't exactly bring a three course meal to Guides. With this kind of situation I recommend taking lots of photos of the process and making notes as you go. You can even print of the photos and create a little scrapbook if you want. As long as you have evidence of your hard work then it can be ticked off.
With every task I recommend writing the date that you did it. You need to keep a record of when you did it especially during lockdown because it is easy to forget. Additionally as you might complete a few badges during this period why not write a diary of when you are doing the task? It will give you something nice to remember the time by but also when you are talking to leader about what you got up to you can use it to jog your memory.
When you have to do research about a topic there is so many ways to record it. You can make posters, videos, comic strips, poems, article, leaflet, postcard or even write a blog. Let your imagination run free and make sure you enjoy the process, you don't want it to be boring.
Just enjoy the process and keep in mind to take a few photos along the way ;)
